I’ll set up email on your iPhone, iPad or Android device, including multiple personal and work accounts. I can also synchronise calendars and contacts, adjust notifications and make sure your messages appear correctly across your devices.
Fault finding & troubleshooting
If apps are crashing, the battery is draining quickly or your device isn’t behaving normally, I’ll investigate the cause. I’ll check its software, settings and available updates, resolve the problem where possible and explain any next steps.
Help with apps
I can install and configure apps for banking, shopping, social media, video calls and other everyday tasks. I’ll make sure they’re working securely, remove unwanted apps, organise your home screen and show you useful features.
New phone setup

Smartwatches & Fitness trackers
I’ll pair your smartwatch or fitness tracker with your phone, install the required apps and check that steps, heart rate and sleep are recording correctly. I can also explain your results and synchronise them with compatible health apps.
